PNW Mass Timber Tech Hub Market Study Analysis

On October 14th , from 3-4 pm (PST), TDI will host a special virtual presentation on behalf of the Pacific Northwest Mass Timber Tech Hub. The session will present the findings of our newly completed PNW Regional Mass Timber Market Study. The goals of the study were to:

Gain/increase understanding of the potential for mass timber in the Oregon/Washington region, to prepare the mass timber ecosystem for the future, and to attract public and private investment to attain global competitiveness.
Benchmark current regional mass timber demand and capacity and set quantitative targets for five- and ten-year horizons.

The study findings will be presented by the consulting team, consisting of The Beck Group, Conifer LLC, Erica Spiritos LLC and Whirlwind Consultants. We hope that as many of you from the Oregon and Washington mass timber communities will listen in, as we are actively inviting your input for a major economic development proposal that the Hub will submit to the Economic Development Administration on November 7th.
