The Hudson is a three-story, 48,000 sq. ft. mass-timber office building located in Vancouver, WA.
To achieve a historic charm, the Hudson was built utilizing a 100 year old engineering approach with timber columns and beams, and a structural brick exterior. This photo features one of the collaborative work spaces.
The Clay Pavilion office building is a 120,000 sq. ft., timber-framed creative office building.
Clay Pavilion features unique, large floor plates of more than 30,000 sq. ft., with abundant natural light and a variety of innovative design features.
Clay Creative stands at six-stories and 92,000 sq. ft. ranking it among the largest mass-timber, industrial style office buildings to be completed in recent United States history.
Turner Construction sourced local timber for the 92,000 sq. ft. Clay Creative building, preserved award-winning graffiti and used the remaining historic building walls to lend authenticity to the structure.
The Convene Office Building is a new 44,000 sq. ft. heavy timber core and shell office building located in Vancouver, WA.
In addition to a new 44,000 sq. ft. mass-timber office building, the Convene project also included site development infrastructure and surface parking lots.
